These Bylaws may be amended, when necessary, by a two-thirds majority of the Board of Directors. Proposed amendments must be submitted to the Clerk to be sent out with regular Board announcements. After being approved by the Board of Directors, all amendments should be publicly posted within a thirty-day period. Any recommended changes to the By-Laws will be considered by the Governance Committee for formal recommendation to the Board of Directors for an official vote. After being approved, the amended By-Laws will be filed with the office of the Massachusetts Secretary of State.
